COVID-19 Update

The health and safety of our students and staff members remains our priority, and we have established our health and safety protocols based on recommendations from local and federal authorities and by monitoring transmission within our community. A significant consideration when establishing our protocols is the fact that our families live in highly-affected and vulnerable communities.

COVID-19 Protocols for the 2022-2023 School Year

Please note that the recommendations are changing regularly, and the following policies and procedures are subject to change.

Small Steps will transition to a “masks optional” policy as of Monday, October 3, 2022.
Small Steps will continue to enforce proper handwashing techniques and provide hand sanitizer in all classrooms. Additional cleaning and nightly disinfecting will occur.
Staff and students will be required to follow the most up-to-date exposure and quarantine guidelines. Parents should contact the front office of their campus with any questions.
